Members of the 303brokers.com team must have completed a masters degree program relevant to the practice of real estate and/or a Juris Doctor (Law) degree from an accredited university. To be a member of the 303Brokers.com team, brokers must have been a broker and/or principal (buyer or seller) in transactions totaling a minimum of $3 million in the previous two years.

Clark Niemeyer-Thomas is a Denver native who received dual bachelor's degrees from Colorado State University. Clark attended graduate school at the University of Denver where he completed both his law degree (Juris Doctor) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
As the founder of 303Brokers.com, Clark's goal is to build meaningful connections with clients by creating value in the marketplace. Clark has brokered and transacted on millions of dollars in residential properties across all of Colorado in diverse markets including Denver, Fort Collins, Silverthorne, Colorado Springs and everywhere in between. In addition to his thriving real estate practice, Clark’s entrepreneurial experience is as varied as it is successful. Clark owns a large-scale agricultural operation in Eastern Illinois and has owned and managed his own personal investment properties since 2004. Clark decided to pursue a career path in real estate to grow his already-existing knowledge of real estate investing and management, and to exceed client customer service expectations based on his own thorough understanding of the marketplace.
