From: Clark Niemeyer-Thomas · Founder, 303Brokers.com
Clients and Friends,
Over the past few months, I have been actively engaged in negotiations with a notable local real estate brokerage firm regarding the potential acquisition of 303Brokers.com. In early January 2018, I agreed to preliminary terms with Generator Real Estate & Development founder Paul Tamburello to set in motion the acquisition of 303Brokers.com. As of January 18, 2018, that acquisition has been finalized.
As many of you know from working with me personally, I find much of the real estate brokerage industry to be full of smoke and mirrors. I have always believed that the industry has far too low of a barrier to entry for new brokers, and that the vast majority of brokers and brokerage firms lack the expertise, education, negotiating abilities and communication skills to adequately represent client interests in this high-stakes occupation. These are the reasons I founded 303Brokers.com; I knew I could build a thriving brokerage practice based on real expertise and achievement, not cheesy headshot photos, unsolicited mailers, bus bench banner advertisements and incessant and irrelevant social media posts.
Unlike the vast majority of brokerage firms in the Denver market, Generator is exceptionally discerning in its hiring process. Generator is a small team of only seven brokers/advisors. This team is known for superior brokerage representation and brainstorming, launching, and growing thoughtfully integrated, pedestrian-friendly spaces that enhance Denver and its surrounding areas by catering to the needs of those living and working in the community. Generator has developed and consulted on many well-known projects around Denver, including: Highland Lofts; Root Down and Linger restaurants, LoHi Market Place (Olinger), The GrowHaus, Cobbler's Corner in Sunnyside (home of Bacon Social House), Tejon 34, The Family Jones Spirit House, and many more. Generator founder Paul Tamburello also owns Little Man Ice Cream, a popular Highland ice cream shop built in the shape of a milk can. Denver media outlets have dubbed Paul the “Godfather” of Highland.
Throughout my career as a real estate broker, there has been only one firm that I have admired as the gold standard of exceptional and remarkable skill in both real estate brokerage and development. That firm is Generator Real Estate & Development, and I couldn't be more proud to bring the expertise and robust real estate practice that I have refined with 303Brokers.com under the banner of the exemplary Generator Real Estate & Development team.
The most exciting aspects of this acquisition are the many doors that will now open to current and future clients. I personally will continue to offer the sales/brokerage services that made 303Brokers.com such a tremendous success. This brokerage practice will fortified and augmented by the experience and abilities of the Generator brokerage team. Additionally, I will be sharpening my residential and commercial real estate development skills and connecting clients to the advisory and development services that have made Generator an iconic real estate entity here in Denver.
To the clients who have experienced exceptional representation from 303Brokers.com: I sincerely look forward to continuing to exceed your expectations as a member of the Generator team. Please reach out if you would like to know more about the services Generator Real Estate & Development offers.
