His flexibility to accommodate my schedule was ultimately one of the main reasons that we were able to get my place under contract, and he attended several key meetings in my absence due to my busy travel schedule.
Most importantly, Clark had my best interests at heart. This became evident when he encouraged me to terminate my contract on what I thought was my dream home when we uncovered a potential issue during inspection. The issue could’ve proved to be very minor but he felt that the potential downside was not worth the risk. This resulted in many more months of work for him with no guarantee that he’d be compensated.
I wound up finding an even better place in what I consider to be a much better neighborhood and I couldn’t be more thankful that he encouraged me to take the path that he recommended. I highly recommend him and will be using him again on my next transaction."
