2016 brought the team at 303Brokers.com a record year in total transactions, gross sales and expansion. Aside from a rapid growth in clients, the expansion took many additional forms, including a partnership with a Grand County property management company, partnerships with Denver-area financial advisors, and the University of Denver.
In 2016, 303Brokers.com closed transactions ranging in purchase price from $190k to $2M+ across varied Colorado locations including Denver Metro Area, Colorado Springs, Golden, Ft. Collins, Grand County, and Summit County.
The 303Brokers.com team also partnered with Mountain Chalet Properties, a property management firm that manages short and long term property rentals for over 20 homeowner’s associations in Grand County. 303Brokers.com is now the transactional arm and exclusive brokers for all real estate transactions for clients of Mountain Chalet Properties.
“It’s extremely validating,” said 303Brokers.com founder Clark Niemeyer-Thomas. “303Brokers.com was founded for a simple reason: most consumers are receiving woefully inept representation in their residential home buying and selling experience. That’s why we made it a requirement for all brokers on our team to have an MBA or law degree and have closed at least $3 million in transactions in the previous two years. I’m proud that our client base has grown so rapidly, but I’m even prouder that the public seems to be warming up to the idea that they should hire real businesspeople with real educations to assist, negotiate and support them in the home buying and selling process.”
303Brokers.com has also partnered with Work Plan Retire, a local financial consulting practice that focuses on financial advisory services for employees, to conduct employee education classes for local Denver businesses. These classes are structured to help employees understand the benefits of home ownership and the home buying and selling process.
“It's meaningful to empower consumers by putting them in a position to make smart purchasing and selling decisions. For most people, buying or selling a home is the largest single transaction they will undertake. Our team prides itself on putting clients in the best position to ensure they are making an informed decision at every turn in the transaction process. We have always seen our roles as a hybrid of brokers and educators, and we are excited to expand our roles as educators in the near future.” said Sergio Nazzaro, 303Brokers.com Partner.
303Brokers.com founder Clark Niemeyer-Thomas has also recently partnered with the University of Denver's Franklin L. Burns College of Real Estate and Construction Management to mentor students and host upcoming student and public panels. Additional information regarding mentorship opportunities and public panels will be announced on the University of Denver LISTSERV and 303Brokers.com blog in the coming weeks and months.
