303Brokers.com is a growing team of high performing Denver-based real estate brokers that has enjoyed explosive growth since its inception in early 2015. 303Brokers.com has represented buyers and sellers at price points spanning from the $100Ks to multi-million dollar homes across diverse Colorado locales including the Denver Metro Area, Colorado Springs, Golden, Ft. Collins, Grand County, Summit County and everywhere in between.
303Brokers.com is looking to expand our team by adding experienced brokers who meet our rigorous professional and academic requirements.

Education: All members of the 303Brokers.com team must have an active Colorado Real Estate Broker License and have completed a masters or equivalent graduate-level program that is relevant to the practice of real estate.

Transactional Experience: All members of the 303Brokers.com team must have brokered a minimum total of $3 million in residential properties in the previous two calendar years. We show preference for brokers who have transacted on $5M or more in the previous calendar year.
Personal Experience: All members of the 303Brokers.com team must have purchased or sold their own residential property. This experience in necessary for competent brokers to adequately understand the stresses facing their clients throughout the home buying and selling experience.
